Fuel platform
About
Asmira Group sells fuel at 7+ locations. Each location records every fill: the vehicle, the product, the liters, and the pump it came from.
Business need
Each location's pumps already write a sales file, and each file is laid out differently. Those files sat in spreadsheets. The group could not compare one location with another and see which vehicles took the most fuel, which product sold, or how a weekday compared with a weekend. A person at one location was not supposed to open another location's sales.
What was delivered
Prome Solutions built the fuel platform.
Every sale is one row: the receipt, the date, the time, the shift, the vehicle, the product, the unit price, the liters, the amount, the tank, the pump, the nozzle, and the location. A worker at a location sees only that location. They can type a sale, or import the file that location's pumps already produce. A manager can see every location and correct a sale. The administrator sees the whole group.
The sales list can be searched by receipt, vehicle, or description. It can be filtered by date, by this week, this month, or this quarter, by vehicle, by fuel type, by location, and by the size of the fill: under 1,000 liters, up to 3,000, up to 10,000, and above that.
For the dates and locations they choose, the overview shows total liters, total revenue, and the average price per liter. Locations can be compared by liters, by revenue, or by how many sales each one made. One chart is liters by day. One is weekdays against weekends. One splits liters by fuel type. Price is averaged for each product over those same dates. The ten vehicles that took the most fuel are listed with their liters, their revenue, and how many times they filled up. A second list ranks vehicles by how often they came in.
The AI reads the liters, the vehicles, and the locations for those dates. It recommends which vehicles are filling more than usual, and which location has fallen behind the others. A person decides whether to act on it.
An administrator adds a person, assigns them to a location, and sets them as a worker, a manager, or an administrator.
Results
Weekly and monthly figures that used to be built from a different file at each location are on the overview when the group asks for them. A location works from its own sales. The group compares locations from the same records.
