These terms govern your use of promesolutions.com (the “site”), operated by Prome Solutions, LLC (“Prome Solutions”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to get around its security;
• send spam, malware, or false information through the contact form or chat;
• use automated tools to access the site in a way that overloads it or ignores our robots.txt file.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.

The site describes our services, process, pricing ranges, and past work for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a professional or client relationship.

Case studies describe specific past projects. Results depend on each business, its systems, and its data, and your results may differ. Pricing ranges are indicative and are not an offer.

Any work we do for you, including a pilot or a retainer, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form or chat. If an engagement needs it, we will agree how to handle it in writing first.

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, belong to Prome Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and websites shown in our case studies belong to their owners and appear with reference to work we did for them.

You are responsible for what you send through the site, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site links to services we do not control, including Cal.com for booking, social networks, client websites, and AI assistants. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Prome Solutions and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
