Investment platform
About
United Diaspora Capital is for the diaspora between Albania and Abu Dhabi. It raises capital from that community for projects at home.
Business need
People in the diaspora wanted to invest at home and had no single place to see a project that had been checked. A founder had nowhere to submit a project and hear a clear answer. A payment could not be held apart from the decision to accept it.
What was delivered
Prome Solutions built the public site and the investment platform.
On the site, a visitor reads about the firm and browses opportunities by sector: technology, real estate, tourism, renewable energy, agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, and education. A project page carries the story, updates, and questions.
On the platform, a person joins as an investor or as a founder. A founder submits a project: the problem, the solution, the pitch, how the money will be used, the funding goal, and the documents, including the pitch deck, the business plan, and the financials. It waits for review. AI-supported application review reads the pitch, the plan, and the financials and sets them out for the administrator. The administrator approves the project, rejects it, or sends it back with a note. Only an approved project is shown to investors.
An investor searches those projects and filters by industry and stage, from seed through growth. They can save one, choose an amount, and pay. The payment does not count toward the raise until an administrator confirms it. If it is declined, the payment is returned. The investor can see what they have put in. The investor and the founder can message each other. The founder is told when the project is approved and when an investment is confirmed.
Results
Investors only see projects that have passed review. A payment sits until an administrator confirms it, and only then counts toward the raise. The founder and the investor can write to each other on that project.
