AI-powered custom ERP
About
Uslu Generator is a generator manufacturer in Turkey. The company builds generators for industrial and commercial use. As orders grew, the factory was still coordinating production, stock, and sales by hand.
Business need
Production, inventory, and orders lived in different places. A delay on the floor did not show up in stock. A salesperson could promise a unit the factory could not yet build. Supplier papers arrived as documents that someone had to retype. The warehouse could not see, together, what was on the shelf, what production was about to use, and what had been sitting too long. The factory needed an AI-powered custom ERP so those records moved together, and so the AI could analyze the warehouse before stock ran out or piled up.
What was delivered
Prome Solutions built an AI-powered custom ERP.
The AI reads supplier documents and stock movements into the warehouse records, so the team does not retype them. It analyzes what is on hand, what the production schedule will consume, and what has been sitting unused. When a part is about to run out, or when stock is building past what the factory needs, the AI puts that in front of the warehouse. A reorder or a hold waits until a person confirms it.
Production scheduling, inventory, and customer orders sit in that same system. A manager sees what is being built, what is in stock, and which orders are open. When a unit moves through the factory, the record moves with it. Sales sees live stock and the production schedule before they commit a delivery date.
Results
Production lead times fell 40%. The factory could take a spike in orders and still hold the build quality.
Overstock fell 25%, and stockouts stopped. The AI’s read of the warehouse showed the extra parts and the parts about to run out. Cash that had been sitting in extra parts came back into the business.
Sales rose 35%. Orders closed 20% faster, because the team could see stock and production while they were selling. Order errors fell 30%. Within weeks, 95% of the people who needed the AI-powered custom ERP were using it.
