Ceta Handels is a chemical supplier based in Switzerland, established in 2020. The company sells specialty chemicals for industrial use, including calcium carbonate, calcium oxide, and magnesium silicate (talc). It ships to customers worldwide.

Orders ran through phone calls and spreadsheets. A request rarely said, in one place, which chemical, which grade, and how much. Sales was starting from a blank email, and buyers outside Switzerland were harder to answer. The company needed an AI-powered quoting system so the product, the quantity, and the destination were already on the request.

The AI reads the request. It matches the buyer’s use and the specification to a product: calcium carbonate, calcium oxide, or magnesium silicate (talc). It sets out the product, the quantity, and the destination for the sales team. Sales confirms the quote. The AI also keeps a read of which products and which countries the requests come from.

Quote requests rose 45% in the first month.

The work reached buyers in 25 countries.
