Who we are
Prome Solutions, LLC (“Prome Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company. Our registered address is 301 East Silver Fox Road, Newark, DE 19702, United States.
This policy explains what information we collect through promesolutions.com (the “site”), how we use it, and your choices. It does not apply to client engagements, which are governed by separate written agreements.
We are a US company. We process site data based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the site, and anyone can opt out of analytics.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, you send us your name and work email (required), and optionally your company, website, and details about your workflow, systems, manual work, and desired outcome. When you press send, what you wrote in those message fields is sent to our analytics tool (PostHog). Once your message is delivered to our team by email (via Resend, including the page URL, browser user agent, and submission timestamp), your name, email, company, and website are also recorded in PostHog and our chat tool (Intercom). Your email becomes your distinct identifier in PostHog, connecting your inquiry to your earlier visit activity. Messages sent to us by email are received in our inbox.
Spam protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page to distinguish people from automated bots. Turnstile runs in an iframe and evaluates browser and device characteristics under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our server passes your IP address to Cloudflare to verify the submission. To prevent abuse, Cloudflare edge caches a temporary SHA-256 hash of your IP address for 10 minutes to rate-limit submissions. We do not store your raw IP address on our servers.
Hosting and server requests. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit any page, Cloudflare processes standard request data—such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and the time of the request—to deliver content and protect against abuse.
Analytics and session recording. We use PostHog to analyze site traffic, performance, and errors. Data is sent through our subdomain, j.promesolutions.com, to PostHog servers in the United States. PostHog records pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, technical errors, and approximate location (city and country) derived from your IP address. Analytics also records browser and device details, referrer and campaign tags, and readable page text; session recordings mask typed input but include page text and console/network timing. PostHog uses a first-party cookie, session storage, and local storage on our domain.
Chat and call booking. Our chat messenger (Intercom) loads on pages after your first interaction for visitors who have not opted out, receiving browser and device details and approximate location. If you send a chat message, Intercom receives what you write. If you click a link to book a discovery call, Cal.com opens in a new tab and handles your booking under its own privacy policy.
Opting out of analytics
Use the button below to turn off PostHog analytics, session recordings, and Intercom chat in this browser. We remember your choice in local storage (prome_analytics_opt_out) on this device until you opt back in or clear site data. Opting out stops future collection, but does not delete previously collected data or existing identifiers; email us if you would like your stored records deleted.
Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. PostHog and Intercom collect activity on our site on our behalf; they do not track you across unrelated third-party websites for advertising.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, discuss workflows, and schedule discovery calls.
- Understand how visitors use our site and improve its performance, design, and content.
- Protect the site, our systems, and visitors from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your analytics profile, by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell personal information.
You can stop analytics and chat at any time using our analytics opt-out control (or by emailing us). You can also use your browser settings to clear stored cookies and local storage. See our Cookie Policy.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
