Overview
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on promesolutions.com. Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that keeps data in your browser between visits.
Our own code does not set cookies. It stores one local storage entry, and only if you opt out of analytics. The rest described below come from third-party tools, and only when those tools are turned on for the site.
What is used

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Other third-party requests
Some content loads from other providers without setting cookies on this site. Case study images come from Sanity’s image CDN. That provider receives standard request data, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser fetches the files.
Analytics data is sent through our own subdomain, j.promesolutions.com, to our analytics provider (PostHog). The analytics script loads from the same subdomain.
If you click “Book a discovery call”, Cal.com opens in a new tab and uses its own cookies under its own policy.
How to control them
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete existing cookies, and clear site data. Blocking them will not stop the site working, but the chat window may not remember past conversations.
- Opt out. Use the analytics opt-out button on our Privacy Policy to stop analytics, heatmaps, session recording and chat in this browser, or email us and we will delete analytics data linked to you.
- Content blockers. Browser extensions that block analytics or chat scripts also prevent their cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove tools that use cookies, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle the information these tools collect.
