AI Workflow Systems. For Custom Operations.
Prome Solutions builds agents that connect your tools, documents, approvals, and records so operational work moves without manual handoffs.
Six ways agents move your work.
Every system reads documents, checks rules, routes work, requests approval, and updates the software your team already uses.

Workflow Agents
Agents that move work across email, messaging, CRMs, ERPs, accounting tools, ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, and custom software.

Agent Operations
We take over AI agents and automations that someone else built, then monitor, fix, and improve them on a monthly retainer.

Most business work already has a process.
The problem is that the process lives across too many tools, documents, people, and approvals.
- Tools
The apps a step lives in — email, messaging, CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets.
- Documents
The invoices, forms, and PDFs the same data gets retyped from.
- People
The team members who move a task from one system to the next by hand.
- Approvals
The sign-offs that stall in an inbox until someone chases them.
Prome Solutions turns one operational workflow into a working AI system.
Then we run it, tune it, and expand it through a monthly retainer.
AI on a real engineering base.
Since 2017, Prome Solutions has shipped custom software for business operations: CRMs, ERPs, analytics platforms, ecommerce systems, SaaS products, admin panels, and agent-based products.
AI now sits on top of that engineering base.
The work still depends on clear systems, stable integrations, usable interfaces, and reliable delivery.
Real systems we've already shipped.
AI features, and the engineering under them. A sample of what Prome Solutions has built since 2017:
-
01 Social agentRavex AI
Ravex AI answers customers and publishes for a team once their social accounts are connected. Prome Solutions built the product. The team saves the company profile, and the AI replies from it, so a customer hears the same company on every connected app. From the photos and video the company already has, Ravex AI generates the assets for each post. After that setup, the replies and the posts go out on their own.

02 Figma pluginHueKit
HueKit builds a design system inside Figma. Prome Solutions built the plugin and the site a designer uses to install it. They are two things. A designer starts from brand colors, or from a system they already know, and gets color scales, light and dark colors, type, and components in one click. AI-powered color support reads those colors and proposes the scale and the light and dark pairings.

03 Investment platformUnited Diaspora Capital
United Diaspora Capital connects diaspora investors with projects. Prome Solutions built the public site and the investment platform. They are two things. A visitor reads the opportunities on the site. On the platform, a founder submits a project, AI-supported review reads the application, and an administrator decides. An investor pays into one that has been approved.

04 News websiteLüleburgaz Postası
Lüleburgaz Postası is the digital paper for Lüleburgaz and the rest of Thrace. Prome Solutions built the site readers open, and the desk the newsroom publishes from. A story loads as soon as the reader opens it. AI-powered writing support drafts an SEO-compatible story, and a journalist confirms it before it goes out.

05 QR menu platformDineNPro
DineNPro gives a restaurant a menu that opens from a QR code. Prome Solutions built the platform the restaurant uses to run that menu, and the page a guest opens at the table. The guest can switch language, search a dish, and pay the check. Advanced analytics show which dishes people open. AI-powered recommendations use those opens to suggest a dish.

06 AI-powered robot platformArche Robotics
Arche Robotics puts AI-powered robots to work in retail, in hospitals, in offices, at events, in cafes, and more. Prome Solutions built the platform the team uses to manage those robots from the web, and the voice agent a person uses to talk to a robot on the floor. The AI answers out loud, can show a product, and can lead the way after the person confirms. An addon from the marketplace can be added to a robot.

A first engagement you can check before it grows.
The first step is small, defined, and refundable. Here is how it runs, and what happens if it doesn't land.
-
What if it doesn't work?
The first engagement is a 30-day pilot with one agreed deliverable. If we miss it, you get the pilot fee back. You find out on a small, defined scope before anything scales.
-
Do you lock me into a long contract?
No. You start with the pilot. If it earns its place, it moves to a monthly retainer you can stop. We work on retainers, not fixed project quotes.
-
Have you shipped AI systems before?
Yes. We've built AI into client systems: quoting, application review, ERP tools, document drafting and an on-robot voice agent. Each one sits on custom software we've built since 2017, and each is listed on the proof page.
-
What do you actually do first?
We map one workflow your team already runs every week — the tools, documents, people, and approvals it touches — then build the first working loop and put a person in it wherever a decision needs sign-off.
If we miss the agreed pilot deliverable, we refund the pilot fee.
The best first project is one you already run.
Pick a workflow your team repeats every week. We map it, build the first agent loop, add human approval where needed, and measure whether it is reliable enough to expand.
- Step 01
Map it
We trace the workflow your team already runs every week, end to end.
- Step 02
Build the first agent loop
We ship the first working loop against the tools and rules it has to follow.
- Step 03
Add human approval
We put a person in the loop wherever a decision needs sign-off.
- Step 04
Measure reliability
We check whether it is reliable enough to expand before we expand it.
Bring one workflow that slows your team down.
Tell us what it is and which tools it touches. We'll come back with a clear yes or no on a 30-day pilot.
